In a quiet residential area just a couple of kilometres from Porto Vecchio's popular
pleasure port, the Apartment Fiori is a comfortable two bedroom apartment, ideal for couples or families alike.
Situated on the first floor (with life), the door opens onto the spacious hallway and then to the large open plan
living room which is large enough to offer two distinct areas; a comfortable seating area with two sofas, television
and access to the huge balcony, and a dining area furnished in stylish white. The well equipped kitchen offers
a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and cafetiere as well as a large fridge freezer - ideal for keeping the
ice cream cool! Unusually, the kitchen is separate from the main living rooms and is again particularly spacious.
There is a further table and chairs as well as sliding patio doors giving access to the balcony. The main living
room is also air conditioned for your added comfort
There are two bedrooms; one with double bed and the other with twin beds. The master bedroom has large sliding
doors and access to the terrace, whilst the twin bedroom has a large picture windown looking out over the rooftops
and surrounding pine trees. There is a large family bathroom (bath with shower attachment over, separate toilet
and washing machine.
Outside, one of the biggest advantages of the Apartment Fiori is the secure private parking which is a real bonus
in the busy summer months when parking is at a premium.
Porto Vecchio is a town that is appreciated equally for its cosmopolitan nightlife, and its wealth of daytime distractions
from the stunning beaches and ancient walled town, to the sophisticated boutiques and water front restaurants.
Whilst the Apartment Fiori is close enough for visitors to appreciate these amenities to the full, the situation
just a little way out of the hustle and bustle of the centre of town means that you can retreat to the relative
peace and quiet of 'home' when you simply want to relax escape the hubbub.
One of the main attractions of the region is surely its beaches. Palombaggia, perhaps the best known, is just a
short drive to the south of the town. Here one finds pale golden sand and clear turquoise blue waters edged with
red-hued rocks and backed with pine trees - stunning. Within 10-15 minutes drive one can also find Cala Rossa to
the north which is a stunning sweep of white sand with a backdrop of the Bavella peaks, and Saint Cyprien which
is popular with families of all ages - little ones will love the shallow turquoise waters that slope so gently
whilst teenagers will love the range of water sports on offer.
As well as those looking for a beach based holiday, Apartment Memona is never far from the stunning mountains and
high peaks of Bavella and the Alta Rocca, Here you can find some of the most breath-taking and dramatic mountain
scenes on the island. The Col de Bavella in particular is not to be missed.
