Villa Vero is a two bedroom villa in the original part of the development, with a terrace and sea views. Les Hameaux
is a well thought out residence on a sunny hillside above Propriano, just a short walk from the bustling port and
lively little town. Comprising a collection of houses and apartments, the surroundings are well cared for with
a gardener to maintain the communal areas.
Lovely villa with sea view and close to one of the four pools in the residence, the Villa Vero is ideal for couples
and families alike. Especially those families travelling with teenagers or grandparents, the third bedroom is
completely independent, lending a feeling of privacy whilst still close to the rest of the family.
The villa offers an entrance hall leading to the first double bedroom, then the kitchen which has been well equipped
with ddishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and and electric cafetière. The living room offers a
balcony with views over the sea - perfect for a leisurely breakfast ! This room has been furnished with armchairs
and television. Also located on this level is a shower room and separate toilet, and the second double bedroom
which also has access to the balcony and sea views.
Outside, stairs lead down to the third bedroom which is completely independent, with its own shower room, separate
toilet and a shady terrace.
The heavy wooden shutters and tiled floor help to keep the villa cool even during the hot summer months, but if
you fancy a refreshing dip, two of the four pools within Les Hameaux are just a few metres from the house. If you
are feeling energetic, there is also a tennis court for the use of residents and their guests, a running track
on the hillside opposite and many marked walks and trails nearby. If you simply want to relax and take it easy,
why not try the relaxing thermal baths at Baracci or Caldane, or take in some culture at the local theatre.
The main town of Propriano is just a short walk away, and there you will find a many good restaurants and lots
of interesting boutiques. You can walk to two good beaches from the apartment, and there are so many interesting
villages to explore as well as all the sports and activities on offer, you'll be spoilt for choice!
